Six services. One job done right.

Every pigeon problem is the same shape — birds found a perch, the perch became a nest, the nest became a flock. We work through the same six-step kit, scaled to your property.

01 · Property Inspection

Mike walks every roofline, parapet, vent stack, awning, pool deck, and patio. You get a written list of every active roost and the priority order to address them — all for $40, credited to your final cost when you book the job.

02 · Cleaning & Disinfection

Nests, droppings, feathers, and contaminated insulation are bagged on site. Surfaces are misted with an enzymatic neutralizer before any hardware goes in — bacterial residue should never be sealed under new wire.

03 · Anti-Landing Wire

Stainless tension wire on small posts along roof peaks and ledges. From the ground you won't see it — but a pigeon coming in for a landing finds nothing to grip. Engineered to last in the desert sun without sagging.

04 · Active-Site Treatment

For chimneys, dryer vents, palapa tops, and other can't-wire-it spots: a non-toxic deterrent gel + physical blocking that makes the surface uncomfortable to land on. Reapplied as part of the touch-up plan if needed.

05 · Motion Water Deterrent

Around pools, koi ponds, and outdoor kitchens, we set up a battery- or hose-powered "Scarecrow" unit that hits incoming pigeons with a short water jet. They don't get hurt — but they stop coming back. Quiet, automatic, weatherproof.

06 · 30-Day Guarantee

If a single pigeon returns to a treated zone within 30 days, we come back and touch it up — no charge, no debate. Quarterly and semi-annual maintenance plans are available at one-third the original install cost.

A few notes

What we don't do.

We don't trap or poison. We don't shoot birds. We don't sell pest-control contracts to clients who don't need them. We don't subcontract — Mike is the one on your roof.

Is this safer than extermination?
Yes, on two counts. Pigeons are a federally protected species in many contexts and lethal control invites legal exposure. More practically: kill one flock and another moves in within months. Displacement removes the perch, which is the part the flock can't replace.
Will the wire be visible?
Not from the street. The line is 0.025" stainless on low posts — at any distance over 10–15 ft it disappears against the sky. On rooflines visible from a balcony at close range we can switch to a color-matched line.
My property is two stories with parapets. Can you reach it?
Yes. We carry the right ladders, harnesses, and roof-anchor gear for most residential and small-commercial properties. Anything beyond 3 stories or with active rooftop equipment we walk first and quote honestly.
How fast can you come out?
Most weeks, within 2–4 business days for an inspection. The job itself is usually scheduled within a week of approval. Festival season (March–April) books out faster — call early.
Do you work with HOAs?
Often. We can provide a written scope, schedule of work, and proof of insurance to your board. Most HOA work involves clubhouse roofs, gate-house parapets, and common pool decks.
