Why we don't publish a per-foot rate.

Why is the inspection paid?

Because a real diagnosis takes 30–60 minutes of climbing, writing, and photographing — and free quotes are how customers end up with quote inflation. We credit it back in full when you book the job, so you only pay the $40 if you decide not to proceed.

What's a typical project range?

Small residential touch-ups run a few hundred dollars. Full-house proofing for a single-story Palm Springs home is usually mid-three-figures. Larger HOA clubhouses and restaurants run into four figures depending on linear footage. We'll always quote in writing before any work starts.

Do you offer payment plans?

For phased jobs over multiple visits, yes — half on first visit, balance on completion. For single-visit work, payment is due at completion. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major cards all accepted.

Is the touch-up plan a contract?

No. You can stop or skip a visit any time — there's no auto-renew and no cancel fee. We just put you on a recurring calendar so the maintenance happens before the next nesting cycle starts.
